Allison Chaney is an entrepreneur and growth strategist with more than two decades of experience helping businesses grow. Since 1999, she has helped thousands of companies — from small businesses to global brands like Cisco, NASA, Synchrony Financial, Porsche, UPS, and Domino’s - turning ideas into experiments and experiments into results.

Before co-founding Catalyst, Allison founded and successfully exited Bare Knuckle Digital, a B-Corp-certified marketing agency acquired by a Procter & Gamble spin-off. That experience shaped her belief that businesses of every size are full of ideas, but without a system, they get stuck in execution mode, staying busy, burning out, and lacking clarity on what’s actually working. Real growth comes from turning ideas into experiments—and experiments into results.

At Catalyst, she leads growth enablement, designing practical frameworks that turn ideas into results. Her focus is simple: reduce overwhelm, increase clarity, and help founders build momentum without losing control... and have fun doing it!
