Find Your North Star

Live on Zoom

A free 1-hour workshop to help founders and business leaders define the one metric that brings focus to decisions, marketing, execution, and growth.

What Actually Defines Success?

Revenue. Leads. Traffic. Content. Sales calls. Email opens. Pipeline. Cash flow. Retention. All of it matters, but none of it defines success on its own. Without a clear North Star Metric, it’s easy for somebody doing it all to chase the wrong signals, waste time on the wrong work, and make reactive decisions. In this live workshop, we’ll help you identify a metric you can actually use to make clearer decisions.

Why, "North Star?"

When everything feels important, it becomes hard to know what deserves your attention now. That’s where a North Star Metric helps. It gives your business a central point of focus. Not because it replaces every other metric, but because it helps organize them.

A strong North Star Metric helps you answer questions like:

  • Which opportunities should we prioritize?
  • Which marketing efforts are actually working?
  • What data indicates real progress?
  • Are we creating value, or just generating activity?
  • Where is the momentum we should build on?

The goal is to define the one thing that helps the rest of the business make more sense.

How it works

Step 4: Define Your North Star

You’ll draft a North Star Metric for your business and test it against the four-part framework: easy to measure, directional, cultural, and balanced

Why This Combination Changes Everything

Most workshops teach you tools. Some help you build capacity. We do both, because your business cannot scale past your nervous system's ability to hold complexity—and your team cannot execute without a clear, measurable direction. (hover/tap to explore each focus area)

What's the catch? No catch. We're transparent about our approach: we believe that sustainable business growth starts with clarity, and clarity comes from a regulated founder. This workshop delivers real value on its own. For some founders, it's exactly what they need. For others, it becomes the foundation for deeper partnership with Catalyst.
How long is the workshop? The workshop runs for 1 hour.
Will there be a replay? No, but we will run the workshop again in the future. the real value comes from live participation. This is a working session where you'll practice regulation techniques and clarify your business direction in real time. A pre-recorded replay would be a disservice to you :)
Do I need to prepare anything? Come as you are. Bring your current business challenges, your honest assessment of where you feel stuck or reactive, and an open mind. We'll guide you through the rest. Be ready to engage fully—this is interactive, not passive learning.
