2013 - Orange Pegs founded

We officially became HubSpot Solutions Partners, doubling down on systems-driven marketing and revenue infrastructure.
2018 - Sales gets Enabled

2019 - Full Growth Mode

Orange Pegs expanded into a full-service growth agency, integrating marketing, sales, and strategic consulting to drive measurable impact.
2022 - ChatGPT
We didn’t invent AI — but we immediately recognized its potential. The tools were powerful. The implications were bigger. Catalyst quietly began taking shape.
2023 - Marketing gets Experimental

We launched Experimental Marketing, a certification series built to help founders understand and test AI-powered growth strategies themselves.

Instead of gatekeeping knowledge, we opened the playbook. Founders learned to experiment, validate, and iterate without waiting on an agency.
2023 - Catalyst is Born

Catalyst launched as an AI-first growth hub — built around the belief that founders could (and should) own their marketing.

2024 - Catalyst GPT is released into the wild

We released our proprietary AI-enabled growth infrastructure — transforming scattered experimentation into structured execution.
