In this session, we’ll walk through the basics of how to find and read your data using simple dashboards and tools. We’ll review your first tests while troubleshooting tech challenges. This is about building the habit and confidence to check your numbers regularly.
We’re going to look at how your first concept tests performed and what’s happening with your new MVP. Together, we’ll identify early trends, fix weak spots, and decide where to focus next. You’ll leave with a better sense of what’s working, what’s not, and what to start working on next.
Now that we're two weeks into the launch of your MVP, we're going to help you identify new opportunities to improve its performance, focusing on optimization tactics across the entire user experience.
Your fourth sprint cycle is where you start to see patterns emerge that point to messaging and content standards that have the potential to really move the needle. We're going to help you identify what's working and what isn't so you can really turn up the volume.
By now you'll have demonstrated what it takes to turn strangers into customers, so the focus shifts from how to generate early wins to how to replicate them.
This session is about crossing the finish line with whatever you're working on for the final sprint. You’ll publish or activate everything with experts in the room to support you through any last-minute questions.
At this stage, your marketing plans are generating new leads, deals, and even customers. Now it's time to reflect on the first 11 weeks and make plans for phase 2.
